Questions
Yes, you keep the number you already advertise. ClockOff gives you a dedicated line for the AI Receptionist, and you set call forwarding on your own phone so anything you miss, or any call that comes in while you are busy or out of signal, diverts to it. Calls you answer yourself are untouched. The AI Receptionist is in beta: UK phone numbers are regulated, so we are switching accounts on as numbers become available and we set it up with you.
Yes, all three, plus your email. Connect them once and every message lands in the same inbox against the right customer, so an enquiry becomes a proper job instead of something you meant to answer later. All of them are on every paid plan.
ClockOff keeps your income, expenses and mileage in the shape HMRC expects, all year round, and the Accounts Centre shows you where anything is missing. It gets your records ready; you or your accountant do the filing. Submitting to HMRC from inside ClockOff is on the roadmap, not in the product today.
Xero connects to ClockOff today, in beta, for your contacts and invoices. QuickBooks, Sage and FreeAgent are coming; until they land you can download a full tax year formatted for each of them, or a complete accountant export. Connecting your accounting software is a Pro and Team feature.
It keeps track of what is on your van. Photograph a part and ClockOff works out what it is, you confirm the quantity, and it goes into your stock. Jobs take off what they used, low items land on a shopping list, and it can ask your suppliers for prices and get a purchase order ready. Nothing is ever ordered without you approving it. It is coming soon on Pro and Team, and on Founder Pro.
Yes, on the Team plan. Engineers get their own login, you decide what each of them can see and do, and you assign work from a dispatch board onto a calendar the whole crew shares. Team is £149 a month and includes your first user, then £20 for each one after that.
You pay £25 a month for life and get everything in Solo. If you want the Pro features as well, including the AI Receptionist and the AI Materials Manager, you add the Pro upgrade for £15, which is £40 a month in total rather than the £79 Pro price. Both prices are held for life: neither the £25 nor the £15 rises again, whatever happens to public pricing. Founder places are limited and close at public launch.
Try every Pro feature free for 14 days, or lock in Founder pricing before public launch closes it.
